Cancellation Policy

More than 10 days before the tour:Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Bad weather or unsafe sea conditions:Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid if the local operator cancels the tour for safety reasons.
From 10 days to more than 3 days before the tour:The deposit paid is non-refundable. If the full tour amount was exceptionally paid in advance, any amount exceeding the deposit will be refunded.
Within 3 days of the tour or no-show:If the full tour amount was exceptionally paid in advance, the entire amount paid will be retained. If only the deposit was paid, the deposit will be retained.
